IoT Millipede Monitor — Original portfolio notes

This project was part of my Internet of Things (IoT) class, where I took a leading role in driving the team toward creating a functional and innovative solution. The assignment required us to integrate actuators and sensors into a usable, real-world application, and we decided to build a Millipede monitor.

I guided the team in selecting the right components, coordinating the design and implementation phases, and ensuring our solution met the project's requirements. By leveraging everyone’s strengths and maintaining clear communication, we were able to complete the project successfully.

Attached are the project slides, video, and report, showcasing our work and the collaborative effort that led to a functioning prototype.
